Emilee has been a real estate entrepreneur for a decade and she is passionate about providing safe and affordable housing in western Carolina communities.
Through the pandemic, Em has purchased distressed properties, rehabilitated them and turned them into long term rentals, and by day, she’s worked as a high school math teacher.
“I am a firm believer that home ownership is one of the best vehicles to pull folks out of poverty and break the cycle of poverty in families,” Em said.
When not rehabbing a distressed property you can find Em and her wife on mountain bike trails or fly fishing in local rivers or traveling in their camper.
Em says, “With persistence and grit you can attain the American Dream of home ownership.”
